Double Layered Bubble Chat

Sometimes when opening bubble chat inside the Jammer wall, there is a second shifted layer on top of the original layer. It still lets you click on the original layer if you click between the gaps or on the part above the second layer.  The second layer will glitch behind the other buttons.
